Cancellations Initiated by a Parent/Guardian or Participant:

• Requests sent 4+ weeks prior to the camp session start date will be issued a 100% refund, minus a $10 service fee.

• Requests sent 2+ weeks prior to the camp session start date will be issued a 75% refund.

• Requests sent within 2 weeks of the camp session start date will not receive a refund.

If a Velo Kids camp is canceled by Velo Kids (not weather-related), a full refund will be issued.

 

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy:
The safety of our participants, staff, and volunteers is our top priority. As outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone events if conditions are deemed unsafe. These conditions may include but are not limited to:

• Severe storms

• High winds

• Extreme heat

• Other hazardous weather conditions

 

If Velo Kids cancels a program, camp, or club session due to weather-related concerns:

• Participants will not be eligible for a refund.

• Velo Kids will provide a 10% off coupon code for future camp or club registrations, valid for the remainder of the 2025 season and throughout the 2026 season.
