Cancellation and Weather Policy

We know plans can change, and we do our best to balance flexibility for families with the commitments needed to run a safe and fun camp. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can provide the best experience for all riders.

Cancellations Initiated by a Parent/Guardian or Participant:

  • 50+ days before camp starts: 100% refund (minus a $10 processing fee)

  • 30–44 days before camp starts: 50% refund 

  • 21–29 days before camp starts: 25% refund 

  • Within 20 days of camp (3 weeks): No refund 

 

Thank you for understanding and supporting Velo Kids as we create safe, fun, and memorable biking experiences for every child!

 

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy:
The safety of our participants, staff, and volunteers is our top priority. As outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone events if conditions are deemed unsafe. These conditions may include but are not limited to:

  • Severe storms

  • High winds

  • Extreme heat

  • Other hazardous weather conditions

 

If Velo Kids cancels a program, camp, or club session due to weather-related concerns:

  • Participants will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Velo Kids will provide a 10% off coupon code for future camp or club registrations, valid for the remainder of the 2026 season and throughout the 2027 season.
