Summer Bike Camps

Adventure, Confidence & Fun on Two Wheels

Get ready for an unforgettable summer of biking, exploration, and adventure! Velo Kids Summer Bike Camps are designed to inspire and empower riders of all ages, from 4-year-old beginners to teens tackling full-day trail adventures. With over 25 camps to choose from, there’s something for everyone, no matter their skill level or biking goals.

What's New for 2025:

  • Bike + Climbing Camp: This full day camp will take place at Window on the Waterfront and Scrapyard Climbing, for grades 3rd-5th and 6th-8th. All climbing and biking abilities are welcome!

  • New Partnerships: From Bikes & Bugs to the ultimate in outdoor adventure, we've partnered with the Outdoor Discovery Center for multiple summer bike camps. 

  • Registration Opens: Wednesday, January 22nd at Noon

Little Bike Camps

Tailored for our youngest riders, these fun-filled sessions are packed with games, exploration, and activities designed just for their age group.​

Littles Camp Details

  • For ages 4 - 6 (by the time of camp) riding a 2-wheel pedal bike

  • Monday - Thursday

  • 90 Minute Session

  • Cost: $80

Urban Bike Camps

Multiple Locations on Lakeshore

Bringing the thrill of biking into the heart of the community, these camps let riders explore urban environments in new and exciting ways.​

 

Urban Camp Details

  • Grades 1st - 8th (2025-26 school year) riding a 2-wheel pedal bike

  • Monday - Thursday

  • 2.5 Hour Session

  • Cost: $130

Mountain Bike Camps

Multiple Locations on Lakeshore

In partnership with Ottawa County Parks, these camps are perfect for adventure-seekers looking to build confidence on the trails while discovering the beauty of nature.

Mountain Bike Camp Details

  • Grades 1st - 8th (2025-26 school year) riding a 2-wheel pedal bike

  • Monday - Thursday

  • 2.5 Hour Session

  • Cost: $130

Cancellation and Weather Policy

At Velo Kids, safety and planning are essential to the success of our programs.

  • Refunds for cancellations initiated by participants are available based on the time of the request.

  • Weather-related cancellations will not be refunded, but participants will receive a 10% off coupon code for future registrations.
