-
Access to equipment (bikes, helmets, climbing gear, surfboards)
-
Instruction and mentorship
-
Meals and snacks
-
Safe, confidence-building outdoor experiences
WHY THIS MATTERS
Access changes everything. Outdoor adventure supports physical health, mental well-being, and personal growth. Yet for many kids, barriers such as cost, equipment, transportation, and lack of exposure keep these experiences out of reach.
Shred and Send: Stories from Dirt, Rock, and Water film night shines a light on what happens when those barriers are removed — when kids are given the chance to try something new, face a challenge, and discover what they’re capable of.
